Sr. Full Stack Developer (Colombia)

💼 About the Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work with React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Python on the backend. You’ll lead system design, mentor junior developers, and ensure our applications are optimized for performance and security.

• Build and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability and security
• Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop robust backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define system architecture
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in React (TypeScript), Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Java, or .NET
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of security principles and modern DevOps practices
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
