🔹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
🏅 UiPath Advanced Developer certification.
📜 MS Power tools training, certification.
📆 3 – 4 years of experience in UiPath development.
💬 English proficiency (B2 – C1)
🏆 Proven track record of successful intelligent automation projects.
🧠 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

🔹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🖥️ Proficient in UiPath Automation Studio, Orchestrator, MS Power tools including Power BI.
🤖 Experience with AI-based features within UiPath (e.g., Document Understanding, Communication Mining, AI Fabric).
🌐 Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, Gen AI).
🏛️ Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations (APIs, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Mulesoft, etc.).
🛡️ Awareness of enterprise information security policies and risk management frameworks.

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🤝 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
🔍 Conduct feasibility analysis, considering technical, operational, and financial aspects.
🛠️ Design end-to-end automation solutions.
💻 Develop, test, and deploy UiPath/MS Power Automate bots.
⬆️ Upgrade/Migrate from one automation environment to another.
🛠️ Provide ongoing maintenance and support.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers).
🎓 Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
🔍 Perform code reviews to identify and mitigate automation vulnerabilities.
🚑 Act as a technical escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve automation flow issues.
📢 Articulate the value of automation projects to stakeholders.
🌍 Understand global shared services processes (OTC/PTP/RTR).
🔧 Knowledge of IT operations and ITSM frameworks.
