Fullstack Engineer (Java + Angular) – Remote

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Java and Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in developing microservices and micro-frontend architectures, with strong skills in containerization and cloud technologies. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices and micro-frontend architectures using Docker containerization.
• Build scalable backend systems with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and JPA.
• Design and optimize databases, primarily PostgreSQL, with additional knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle as a plus.
• Work with AWS Cloud Technologies such as S3, Pinpoint, SNS, and SQS.
• Develop frontend applications with Angular 11+, incorporating Angular Material UI and unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and services into Angular components using RxJS.
• Use modern development tools like Eclipse IDE, VS Code, Git version control, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

Optional Skills

• Kubernetes (K8s), Azure Pipeline, Drools, GIS.

Requirements

• Fullstack Expertise: Proficiency in both Java and Angular, with strong and up-to-date experience in at least one area (backend or frontend) and introductory knowledge in the other.
• Proven ability to develop and integrate APIs into scalable and maintainable applications.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern development workflows.

Offer

• Salary: $3,200 USD per month.
• Modality: Remote.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST).
• Contract Type: Contractor.
