Cloud Engineer – Remote

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to help our customers implement robust and secure cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructures and security solutions. A strong background in Kubernetes, database technologies, and system architecture is essential. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will collaborate with American customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, including EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes), AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services), and GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
• Design, deploy, and maintain IT and security solutions tailored to client needs.
• Work on database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Implement identity and access management solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure effective solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain network and system architectures to support cloud services.
• Write code using Java and .NET to build and optimize cloud-based solutions.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites (approximately once per quarter).

Requirements

• Proven experience with Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, networking, and coding (Java and .NET).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with identity and access management systems.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English for daily interactions with American clients.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CCSK.

Offer

• Salary: $4,500 USD per month.
• Modality: Remote, with occasional travel to client locations (once a quarter).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST).
• Contract Type: Contractor.
